Instead, we help rescues by prequalifying potential adopters based on each rescue pet’s specific criteria and using intelligent matching algorithms to connect those adopters with pets that fit their needs. Our system also surfaces the best and newest matches via real-time alerts – meaning both the rescue and the adopter are notified instantly when there’s a promising pet-person match. By automating these steps, Pet Protect & Connect reduces the manual workload for rescue staff and volunteers while ensuring pets find loving, forever homes more efficiently.

A basic MVP version of the Pet Protect & Connect app is currently available, but we’re hard at work building a new and improved web- and app-based platform that will offer a significantly better experience for both adopters and rescues. This updated platform will launch in November 2025.
